I will be on sabbatical leave in the Fall, 2023 semester.

I will direct again the composition program at the SoundSCAPE festival, now in Blonay, Switzerland, July 1-10, 2024.

Just heard the premiere of my Three Girondo Ostinati, a new piece written for Tony Arnold (soprano) and the Musica Nova Ensemble, conducted by Brad Lubman. It uses texts by Oliverio Girondo, and premiered in Kilbourn Hall, Rochester, NY, on December 13, 2023.

Next projects include a new work for bass flute, written for Lisa Cella.
